This Software License Policy applies to PHP scripts, PHP modules, WordPress plugins, WooCommerce modules, payment gateway modules, themes, source code and other software products sold through LifeSafari Market, unless a product page states different license terms.
1. License, Not Sale of Copyright
When you purchase software from LifeSafari Market, you receive a license to use the software according to the purchased license type.
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the applicable copyright owner unless explicitly transferred in writing.
2. Single-Domain License
A Single-Domain License permits the licensed product to be installed and used on one production domain.
A separate license is required for each additional production domain unless the product specifically states otherwise.
Development/staging installations may be permitted for testing the licensed website, provided they are not used as additional production installations or distributed to third parties.
3. Multiple-Domain License
Where a Multiple-Domain License is offered, the permitted number of production domains will be specified on the relevant product page or order.
For example, a license may specify:
- 3 domains
- 5 domains
- 10 domains
- Other quantity stated at purchase
The purchased quantity determines the permitted installations.
4. Prohibited Redistribution
Unless expressly permitted by the purchased license, you may not:
- Resell the original product files
- Redistribute the product
- Upload the product to public download websites
- Share download links publicly
- Sublicense the original software
- Distribute the original source code to unrelated third parties
- Include the product in another product for resale
5. Modifications
Customers may modify software for their own licensed installation where technically possible.
Modification does not grant permission to redistribute the original or modified product as a competing downloadable product unless explicitly permitted.
6. White-Label Rights
White-label rights are not included unless expressly stated on the product page or in a written agreement.
Removing copyright notices or branding does not automatically grant white-label rights.
7. License Transfers
A license may not automatically be transferred from one customer/domain to another.
Requests for domain changes or license transfers may be reviewed individually.
8. Updates
Update availability depends on the product and license purchased.
A product update does not guarantee compatibility with every future software version or third-party API.
9. License Abuse
We may suspend a license where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized redistribution, excessive installations, license sharing or other material violation of the applicable license.
Where appropriate, we may request corrective action before suspension.
