These terms apply to custom website-development, WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and payment-gateway integration services provided by LifeSafari Market.
1. Project Scope
Development is based on the features and requirements agreed with the customer.
Features not included in the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide required:
- Content
- Images
- Logo
- Domain
- Hosting
- Login credentials
- API credentials
- Payment gateway information
- Business information
- Product information
Delays in providing required information may affect the project timeline.
3. Revisions
The number of included revisions depends on the project quotation or agreement.
Requests substantially changing the original scope may be charged separately.
4. Third-Party Products
Third-party themes, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, hosting and other services may have separate costs and terms.
Such costs are not included unless specifically stated.
5. Payment Gateway Integration
We can integrate supported payment gateways into websites where technically possible.
Successful merchant onboarding, KYC approval and continued gateway operation are controlled by the payment provider.
6. Client Approval
The client should review the website before final approval.
After approval, significant new changes may be treated as additional development work.
7. Source Code
Source-code delivery depends on the agreed project terms.
Third-party plugins, themes, libraries and licensed components remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Hosting
Hosting performance, server downtime, server configuration and hosting-provider restrictions are outside our control unless hosting management is specifically included in the project.
9. Maintenance
Website development does not automatically include unlimited future maintenance.
Ongoing maintenance, updates and additional development may be provided separately.
10. Project Cancellation
Cancellation after substantial development has begun may result in the retention of an appropriate portion of the payment corresponding to work already performed.
Project-specific written agreements may contain different terms.
